Care had a fun idea: squads could use hashtags to find one another on Twitter! So! To get some team pride going, use these in your tweets:
- Team Cocoa Puffs: #cheercocoa
- Team Cookie Crisp: #cheercookie
- Team Froot Loops: #cheerfroot
- Team Golden Grahams: #cheergolden
- Team Lucky Charms: #cheerlucky
- Team Trix: #cheertrix
Why these hashtags in particular? A couple of reasons:
- They had to be short! Especially if you’re including the #readathon hashtag too. So, we nixed full team names.
- #team___ is pretty common, but #cheer___ is not. Searches for these hashtags on Twitter turned up nothing, so they’re all ours!
- If you forget your team’s hashtag and don’t want to come back here, the formula is easy: # + cheer + the first word in your team’s name. Simple!
Have fun with these, guys! Let’s make this an awesome event!!
